Garage Storage Solutions and Ideas

I have heard so many different things from so many different people about laptops. “Get a MAC, DO NOT GET A PC” and “Don’t get a mac, just get a PC, they are better….” and so much more. But the thing is, I really don’t care the brand, I just want to know which laptop out of the many choices out there, will do just the things that I want it to do.

Mac Book Pro- Some of the things I like about this is that it is green (environmentally), and they have used the space very well, and I also like the way it looks with the covers you can buy for it. Plus, Macs come with a lot of programs that really interest me. (garage band) Bad things are…I’ve never used a MAC before, so I wouldn’t know how to run it very well. I have heard that it doesn’t have USB and CD drives, which are something that would be vital to MY laptop’s use, and I really wouldn’t even consider buying a laptop without CD and DVD burning.

I have an older 2 car garage, not attached to the house.
This year, I replaced some beams and supports, and put some plywood up, so I have a littl ebit of storage.
Since it’s summer now, it is exteremly hot and humid in the attic / upper space of the garage.

What would be the best way to vent this?

A few years ago we moved from a house w/lots of storage to a smaller house w/virtually no storage. We still haven’t unpacked probably 60% of our stuff (which is presently stuffed to the brim in our garage). We are so overwelmed by what is already in our house that we don’t even no where to begin. We are ready to just junk everything but know that would be stupid as we have lots of important things (such as photo albums) still left in boxes. Because of our schedules it is hard to find time or energy to do any of this. What is the best and least exhausting way to go about this without losing what’s left of our sanity.

My gf and I are both 16 y/o and have been together for 4 years. I work part time with my cousins at my uncle’s garage after school. Usually our girlfriends and friends come to the shop after school and we just hangout while we work. I was in the storage closet at the back of the garage today, looking for a new alternator, when my cousin’s gf (18 y/o) came up behind me, put her arms around my waist and started kissing me on my neck! At first I thought it was my gf, so I turned around and started kissing her but then I realized she wasn’t and I pushed her off. I asked her what she was doing and she just smiled, told me she “loved” me, and then left? I’m like wtf? Nobody was around cause we were in the back and I haven’t told anybody yet. Then tonight she texts me and asks me if I wanna “hook up,” and I said no. Then she asks me why not and I say cause I love my gf and I’m not going to cheat on her, and also because she is my cousin’s gf. They have been together for almost a year (10 months) and I don’t want to be the reason that they break up. Everybody knows that she has a crush on me even though she’s dating my cousin, he said he was fine with it as long as she didn’t “cross the line” (lol?). Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure this “crossed the line.” I’m thinking of telling my gf and my cousin but before I do, did I technically cheat on my gf cause I kissed her back (thinking that it was my gf who seduced me)? What do I do?

I just looked at my checking on line and im overdrawn almost $600. I forgot I wrote a check for my storage for $200 and did a buch of little shopping for my daughters birthday party. I was over drawn $150 but with all the overdrafts its now almost $600. I cant sleep. I feel sooooo sick. I dont know what to do. My check is going in for $700 but i need to pay rent. Dam it!!!!!
Im thinking of just having a garage sale to sell everything till i get enough money? I dont know what to do????
I even called ex brothe-rin-law to borrow it. I have a good job and will pay him back. Ohhh i feel sick!
