Open Question: Is it a violation to use the garage as a storage place?
Also, I called the rent board and they said if it is not in the contract the tenant is not allowed to rent out the place because that will be doing business.
If I am not mistaking, it is a fire violation thing.
This concerns a tenant who rents my friend’s place. The tenant wants to rent out the garage to her friends to place their stuff.
My friend is not so supportive of this idea, because she rented the place to the tenant and not her friends.
