Open Question: House guest left stuff & owes me money. Can I sell his stuff?
He was only supposed 2 stay 1 mo. tops, but it turned into 6mo. + even tho I beged him 2 go daily. He never paid for food or helped around house or w/other utilities. I paid 2 get his things outta storage & now it’s all over my yard, garage, & home. We […]
